Completed Loan application (we can email you or fax you a blank one) or
Your last 30 Days (usually your last two) pay stubs showing year to date income
Your last 3 years tax returns and W-2's
Your two most recent Bank statements
Any other proof of income such as SSI award letters, Pension award letters etc if you wish to declare it.
If you receive child support and wish to declare it, we will need proof of continuance for 3 years (call or email me for the documentaion we need to show this)
